How to Cook

Marinate & Sauté

Toss the paneer strips in the tandoori marinade. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the paneer and vegetables until cooked.

Cook Parota

While the filling cooks, heat a tawa and cook the Satchmo parotas according to the package instructions until they are golden brown and flaky.

Roll It Up

Lay the cooked parota on a flat surface. Spread a layer of mint-coriander chutney. Top with the sautéed paneer and vegetables. Roll tightly and serve immediately.
