Mr. S Ananthanarayanan was a Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer in Western Railway, Mumbai, in the grade of Additional Secretary to the Government of India and has also served as a member of the Railway Claims Tribunal in the grade of Special Secretary to the Government of India.

He is a science graduate with Master’s Degree in Physics and has various other degrees and qualifications which include PG Diploma (Public Administration), PG Diploma in Software Technology (PGDST), PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law, Diploma in Cyber Laws, Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Certificate course on Arbitration.

He is currently on the panel of arbitrators of the Indian Council of Arbitration and the International Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution, New Delhi and has also been a sole or joint arbitrator in fifteen matters and ‘adjudicator’ in two cases with Mumbai Rail Vikas Corporation.

He has won the national award for ‘Excellence in Science Communication’ by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. He has also been an author for over 900 articles in print in different publications.

She holds a post-graduate degree in Business Administration and is an associate member of ICSI. She has earlier held senior positions across various business segments of Insurance and Banking Industries and was also associated with Samasta Microfinance and Snowman Logistics Limited.

She has an accomplished record of 19-year for promoting growth and profitability in various businesses. A visionary and creative leader, she is known for her significant improvements in management strategy, operational efficiency and business developments.

She has also won “Dr. D Veerendra Hegde Pattabhisheka” award for academic excellence and is also associated as Women Director on Board of other three listed companies.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, presently ICMAI.

He has nearly 33 years of post-qualification experience in various fields. He has worked as CFO and Executive Director for 11 years at Bangalore in a Multi-National Manufacturing Company and was also associated for more than 3 years within the Service Industries.

In the past, he was associated with Ernst & Young for 11 years in various audit assignments in their Middle East and Bangalore Offices. During his tenure he has handled a wide range of clients of manufacturing, Trading, Banking and Insurance sectors.

Mr. Pradeep Narayan is a Mechanical Engineer, and has a PGDM from IIM-Ahmedabad. He has about 35 years of experience in Business roles spanning over Marketing & Sales, and Operations with a bottom line responsibility. Has in-depth exposures to Retail Marketing, Dealer & Channel Management, and Key Account Selling, Rural Marketing, and Business Development.

He heads the Business Operations as Executive Vice President and is a Board member here, and is responsible for driving the Business by brand promotion & Marketing, Sales strategies, Customer Service, and overseeing the Construction, Contracts & Procurement, IT & Legal

He was earlier associated with various large Corporate Groups at senior roles and headed the businesses with Essilor India, Tata Teleservices, Bharti Airtel, Tata Motors, Hutchinson Telecom and Godrej group.
