What you'll need
- 1 cup Satchmo Ready-to-Eat Khara Boondi
- 1 cup fresh yogurt, whisked until smooth
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- A pinch of black salt (kala namak)
- A sprinkle of red chili powder for garnish

How to Cook

Whisk Yogurt
In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until it’s smooth and lump-free.

Season
Add the roasted cumin powder and black salt to the yogurt. Mix thoroughly.

Add Boondi
Just before serving, stir in the Satchmo Khara Boondi to keep its crunch. Garnish with a sprinkle of red chili powder and serve chilled.
