What you'll need
- 2 Satchmo Ready-to-Cook Chapatis
- 1 cup mixed veggies (bell peppers, onions, carrots), thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
- 2 tbsp hummus or your favorite dressing
- A pinch of salt and black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil

How to Cook

Sauté
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook Chapati
While the veggies cook, heat a tawa and cook the Satchmo chapatis according to the package instructions.

Assemble
Lay the cooked chapati on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of hummus, then top with the sautéed vegetables and chickpeas. Roll up tightly and enjoy!
