Who says chaat has to be complicated? With our Ready-to-Cook Pooris, you can whip up a tangy, sweet, and spicy chaat in a flash. It’s the perfect snack for an impromptu gathering or a delightful treat for yourself.

What you'll need
- 4 Satchmo Ready-to-Cook Pooris
- 1/4 cup boiled chickpeas or potatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp yogurt, whisked
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tbsp mint-coriander chutney
- A pinch of chaat masala and salt
- A handful of sev for garnish
Instructions
How to Cook

Fry Pooris
Heat oil in a pan and fry the Satchmo Pooris according to the package instructions. Set them aside on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Break & Assemble
Gently crack open the fried pooris and arrange them on a serving plate.

Layer & Garnish
Top the pooris with chopped potatoes/chickpeas, onions, and tomatoes. Drizzle with yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint-coriander chutney. Sprinkle with chaat masala, salt, and sev before serving.
