He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, presently ICMAI.

He has nearly 33 years of post-qualification experience in various fields. He has worked as CFO and Executive Director for 11 years at Bangalore in a Multi-National Manufacturing Company and was also associated for more than 3 years within the Service Industries.

In the past, he was associated with Ernst & Young for 11 years in various audit assignments in their Middle East and Bangalore Offices. During his tenure he has handled a wide range of clients of manufacturing, Trading, Banking and Insurance sectors.

Mr. Pradeep Narayan is a Mechanical Engineer, and has a PGDM from IIM-Ahmedabad. He has about 35 years of experience in Business roles spanning over Marketing & Sales, and Operations with a bottom line responsibility. Has in-depth exposures to Retail Marketing, Dealer & Channel Management, and Key Account Selling, Rural Marketing, and Business Development.

He heads the Business Operations as Executive Vice President and is a Board member here, and is responsible for driving the Business by brand promotion & Marketing, Sales strategies, Customer Service, and overseeing the Construction, Contracts & Procurement, IT & Legal

He was earlier associated with various large Corporate Groups at senior roles and headed the businesses with Essilor India, Tata Teleservices, Bharti Airtel, Tata Motors, Hutchinson Telecom and Godrej group.

An Associate Member of ICSI (ACS) and DBF, Mr. Prasant Kumar comes with 15 years of rich experience in various service and manufacturing sectors in the field of Corporate Secretarial functions and Legal Compliances.

In the past, he has been associated with organisations like BgSE Financials, Firepro Systems, Sindhu Cargo, Chemizol Additives, among others.

Mr. K S Srinivasan, aged about 50 years, Country Head – Projects and Infrastructure with well-known Akshaya Patra Foundation. Worked in leadership position in BFL, Chirantara Foods, ABB, Schneider Electric and various Industries for 25+ years in various capacities & Executive positions handling different departments of Food & Supply chain. He has worked in various projects, NGO’s, Food & Technology in India.

An entrepreneur and Specialist with an experience nearing three decades in leading Large Projects, setting up Green field Projects in Build Operate and Transfer Model Global Sourcing, SBU (P&L) People Development, Supply Chain Operations & Strategy. An effective team leader and coach committed to engaging new avenues to empower teams to competently deliver results and supporting revenue generating goals.

He has over 25 years of post-qualification experience in diverse areas of Human Resources across India and the Middle East. He has held senior HR leadership positions, including 4.5 years as Head of HRD at Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC), and previously with international organizations such as Landmark Group and YR Global in Saudi Arabia.

During his tenure, he has led strategic HR initiatives across domains such as policy design, performance management, compensation restructuring, HR analytics, ERP system implementation, and end-to-end talent acquisition. He has been instrumental in establishing scalable HR systems, driving transformation agendas, and ensuring statutory, regulatory, and audit compliance across complex organizational structures.
