Business Development Manager

Job Summary
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company’s food products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new markets, customers, and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with Production, QA, and Supply Chain for order fulfillment.
  • Monitor sales performance and report MIS to management.

Quality Assurance (QA) – Manager

Job Summary
Ensures that all food products comply with regulatory, quality, and safety standards through systematic quality systems, audits, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain QA systems such as HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSC, ISO.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI requirements.
  • Manage documentation: SOPs, CCP monitoring, quality records.
  • Train staff on food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Review product quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support NPD/R&D in trials and validation.

Qualifications
B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science

Quality Control – Manager

Job Summary
Responsible for managing raw material, in-process, and finished product testing to ensure product conformity with specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage routine testing for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Oversee microbiology and chemistry lab operations.
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab instruments.
  • Validate COAs and ensure compliance before dispatch.
  • Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain test records and generate quality reports.

Research & Development (R&D) – Manager

Job Summary
Leads new product development, recipe formulation, process optimization, and supports continuous improvement for product quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new food products based on market trends.
  • Modify or improve existing formulations for quality and cost.
  • Conduct shelf-life studies and sensory evaluations.
  • Coordinate pilot trials and scale-up in production.
  • Collaborate with QA, QC, Procurement, and Production.
  • Maintain documentation for formulations, trials, and approvals.

Job Summary
Responsible for planning, procurement coordination, warehousing, inventory control, and outbound logistics to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

  • Plan material requirements and coordinate with Procurement.
  • Oversee inventory management & ensure stock accuracy.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Ensure timely dispatch to customers with correct documentation.

Job Summary
Responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, documentation, inventory accuracy, and dispatch coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in material planning and daily stock updates.
  • Prepare GRNs, invoices, and dispatch documents.
  • Coordinate with transporters and suppliers.
  • Monitor FEFO/FIFO implementation.
  • Maintain inventory records in ERP.
  • Support timely dispatch and delivery follow-ups.

Qualifications
Any graduate; Diploma in Supply Chain is a plus
